We want you to love your fashion pieces as much as Ariana does, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
